REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Finnish consumer protection laws and EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

5. Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

6. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

• In its original, unopened packaging
• In the same condition as when received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
• Goods which are sealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
• Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items

8. Refund Processing

We will process your refund using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction. You will receive the refund within 14 business days after we receive the returned product and verify the return conditions are met.

9. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the defect or damage when contacting us.

10. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process a full refund immediately if the order has not yet been dispatched.
